Our vision

Our mission is to protect and preserve the precious heritage of God – the children – in order to build a greater Nigeria. We are committed to safeguarding children from harmful cultural practices and traditions that jeopardize their well-being.

OUR OBJECTIVES

To eliminate infanticides and other harmful traditional practices within the rural communities of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT)

The first objective of this plan is to eliminate infanticide and harmful traditional practices within the rural communities of the FCT. This objective can be achieved through various methods such as education, awareness campaigns, and community engagement. It is important to involve the community in the process of eliminating these practices to ensure that they are sustainable and effective. This can be done by working with community leaders and local organizations to create educational programs that highlight the negative effects of infanticide and other harmful practices. These programs should target both men and women and provide them with information about the importance of protecting the rights of children and women.

To assist in the rehabilitation and reintegration of affected infants and their families

The second objective is to assist in the rehabilitation and reintegration of infants who have been affected by infanticide and harmful traditional practices and their families. This can be done by providing them with medical care, counseling services, and educational opportunities. It is essential to ensure that the infants and their families receive the necessary support to recover from the trauma and to prevent further harm.

To partner with the FCT administration to ensure the establishment and utilization of fundamental maternity health centers to provide quality care to pregnant women and newborn babies residing in the rural communities in the FCT

The third objective is to partner with the FCT administration to ensure the establishment and utilization of fundamental maternity health centers to provide quality care to pregnant women and newborn babies residing in the rural communities in the FCT. This can be done by advocating for the allocation of resources to the establishment and maintenance of these centers. The centers should be staffed with qualified healthcare professionals who are trained to provide quality care to pregnant women and newborn babies. It is important to ensure that the centers are accessible to the rural communities and that they provide services at an affordable cost. This will help to reduce the incidence of infanticide and other harmful practices by improving the health outcomes of pregnant women and newborn babies in these communities.

The foundation also adds as its objective the
rehabilitation and reintegration of affected infants and their families.

To engage the training of children to ensure
their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social growth and development
to become responsible adults.

To establish scholarship Fund to cater for the quality of educational needs of the child and less privileged in the society by sponsorship from Nursery to the Tertiary levels of education.

To work hand in hand with people with like-minds running foundations with similar objectives both nationally and internationally to achieve our aspiration and pursuit which is the basic idea of the foundation

To provide adequate healthcare for the health
needs of children who are victims of child abuse and also the less privileged
in the society by engaging the services of professionals from the healthcare
and educational sectors

To provide counselling, support, and shelter for displaced children and abandoned persons

To organize workshops and seminars for Widows, Orphans and underprivileged, giving them basic skills to enable them find their place in the society and make themselves useful to both society and themselves
